What equipment do I need for this program?

No equipment! This program consists of all body weight exercises, so all you need is yourself.

Who is this program suitable for?

This program is suitable for anyone, from beginners to advanced athletes. If you are new to working out, you can complete this program on its own. If you are already doing a strength training (or other type) program, you can add this in to your routine to increase your conditioning.

How long is each workout?

Each workout ranges in length from 22-30 minutes.
