We are almost at the end! Make sure you take measurements and check in with the amount of inches lost from this challenge. Side-by-side before and after pics would be great. Hi guys!!! We are on our final week of the challenge. Make it good. Also remember, each page is a DAY'S worth of workouts. Don't do the entire packet each day. That's overkill. Also, new menu plan and workouts are posted. Let's GO!!!! You can do it!

How is everyone doing? Who is on top of their cardio calendar? That is IMPERATIVE so make sure you perform the cardio along with the ab exercises. A new set of workouts will get posted this week along with the weekly meal plan. Stay tuned!

It's possible but you must be EXTREMELY disciplined with your nutrition and very consistent with your workouts which raise your heart rate. Workout at least 1 hour a day, 5 days a week from now until then. You are trying to lose about 3 to 4 lbs a week and that is not easy. Takes mad discipline but if you want it YOU can do it!

I is going GREAT !!!!! Start weight was 202 at 198 now. The work out are hard but I just keep pushing myself, I have join so many challenges never worked this one is IT. Thank so much.
