The CHALLENGE will be design to target your total body but mainly focus on your CORE & LOWER BODY, splitting muscle groups on each workout day. I will demonstrate proper form and techniques, teaching you have to workout so you can build condifence in your workout routine through video links.

MEAL PREP WITH ME: Each week on Sunday, we will meal prep our weeks meals in the kitchen. Keep in mind you can change your carb, protein and veggies to your liking from the preferred grocery list.
