FIND YOUR STRONG 1.0, focuses on POWER, lower/upper PUSH & PULL, CORE, & HIIT. Training on all parts of your body!

Can this program be done at home?

Yes, the exercises can be done at home or in the gym. Prefer gym due to buying extra equipment if done at home.

What equipment is needed?

Physio-ball, 2 Dumbbells, 1 Jumprope, 2 closed loop bands (easy, medium)
