what fitness level do I need to be?

This program is designed for all fitness levels. Throughout this 30 Day challenge you will build your “strength” level as we progress forward. Please be mindful when “choosing” your WEIGHT when memicing any of the exercises demonstrated throughout this challnege. Your body, your pace, your RESULTS!

What equipment is needed for this program?

"Free weights":(Kettle bell 10lbs-15lbs), a pair of "dumbbells " 5lbs-10lbs, "Bosu"or “medicine ball, resistance bands, speed rope, ankle weights (5lbs-10lbs)

How does this program work?

A program is a set of video-based classes. It’s 100% online, so you can watch the videos on Macs, PCs, iPhones, iPads, Android, and TVs: any device with an internet connection!

How will the "workouts" videos/program be distributed for this challenge?

After logging into your Trainervault account, you will receive a *NEW workout daily for the next 30 days of this challenge by 8:00am PST every morning.

What areas of the body does this program this program target?

This program targets your FULL BODY with an emphasis and on "problem areas" such as glutes, waist area and upper body. All while allowing you to build & tone!

Are the workouts feasible inside and outside the gym?

These workouts are designed to be completed wherever you are, gym, home, outdoor park, etc.

How does the refund policy work?

If you're unhappy for any reason, email us within 30 days of purchasing on the web, and Trainersvault will give you a full refund. No strings attached.

How many times will I be charged?

Just one time for any paid plan or bundle. We won't charge you monthly. It's a one-time, upfront fee, and that's it.
