I love it. I sometimes neglect stretch and I'm glad it was mandatory. I'm definitely sore from the constant movement. I am not the best at jump rope, but I made sure to stay constant during my allotted time. I am sweating the whole time and today I'm sore but I love it.
Day 1 was very intense I started sweating from the warm up And I loved it , day two was amazing I got to challenge myself And pushed myself through it And can’t wait for tomorrow’s I’m alll READY FOR IT 😊😊😊💪🏾
Day 1 was a breeze for me! Now day 2 is no joke. I workout at least 3-5 days out the weeks but these workouts are intense. It’s a challenge but I push myself to finish all the way through. I will recommend! Excited to see what’s next💜
I’m a mother of a 👧🏻6,👦🏻5& 👶🏻1 year old & work from home crazy/busy life lol but when baby takes nap time to #grindwithguam ! I love this challenge because you can do it when ever (hey we all got the same 24 hrs ),don’t need much equipment plus it never expires & come on its only $21 ! I’ve also purchased the 21 Day get back to me & Core challenges something about #thatguamchick always keeps me coming for some more 😅. I would full recommend it because if I can do this with my busy schedule YOU CAN DO IT TOO!
Loving the challange already the warm up was insane I was dripping in sweat!! By the time I got to the second workout (squats to calf raises) my legs got weak on me but I pushed through!! Thanks Guam this challenge is definitely a challenge cant wait for day 2 today lets get it!!

Today I purchased the "Booty" Blast program. People, this is nooooooo joke. I was only able to get through one round. I was sweating like the sun was sitting on my neck. My legs were throbbing and the pain radiated up my legs to my booty, but I felt GREAT!!!! I am getting my mind and body ready for tomorrow. To all the other Booty Blast participants, keep pushing. We got this! After we finish this program, we will be giving a whole new definition of sexy!!! They ain't ready for us!!!

I have been on the sliders for 1 month.. I will be honest I was on and off I did it about 4 to five times a week. The start was ROUGH for me ! .... now I'm not exactly where I want to be but I cant tell you something " I CAN DO THE ONE LEG MOUNTAIN SLIDERS!!!!! I STARTED WITH 2 REPS ...2 REPS!! 10 EACH... AND NOW I AM 3 REPS 12 EACH !!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE IT .... practice and consistency is the key ... thanks guam !!!xoxo

By far my favorite most challenging bookcamp yet! Absolutely loved the circuit training. Definetly made me push myself and practice my push-ups. It never ceases to amaze me that when I think I get used to the routines Crystal always throws a curve ball that challenges my body and myself to try harder! Thank you for helping me be a better me!
Hey!! My sliders came in the mail yesterday and I did the workout this morning. It's a killer worker and I'll definitely see results in 30 days. It's easy to follow, the exercises are well guided and can be performed by anyone from beginners to intermediate. I'm ready for booty blaster girl!! I haven't broke a sweat in my living room since Insanity. Great job sis, I love the workout and I'll be doing it again tomorrow.

Working out with the one and only Guam_fit was everything I thought and more! If you are looking for someone to give you the confidence to get your sexy back, you've found the right trainer. Not only does she push you beyond what you thought you were capable of but she makes it fun at the same time! Whenever I miss a bootcamp now, I feel like I missed a party and that's the best feeling to have... getting fit all the while having a blast and creating friendships.
I have done about 7 boot camps now with Guam and I continue to get stronger and leaner. She incorporates full body workouts. I have literally improved my independent workouts as well because of what I have learned through her. I look forward to boot camps every week!
I attended the boot camp on Saturday 8/20 and it kicked my behind!! What I love most about the boot camp is that Guam is all about form! When you're doing the exercises correctly using correct form it makes a difference and you can feel it! I also like how she gives you a starting point with doing exercises and a goal point...you can start this way but the goal is to be able to do the exercise this way. If you ever get a chance to attend a boot camp do it! It will change your life!
