Definitely a challenge but the perfect jump start to get me on track for my summer body. I highly suggest this bootcamp to anyone trying to get on the right path.
This is an excellent program! I'm still using DP's workouts and eating plan (edited to include more proteins and veggies) to get to my ultimate weight loss goals. During my 2nd, into the 3rd week of this program I'm still losing weight and my blood sugar numbers are still lower than they've ever been! I will continue using this program throughout 2016! This H.E.A.T. challenge should cost more than it does. This program promises to deliver and it does. I'm definitely pleased with my results so far.
Good morning! Excited to say that I lost 4lbs in 2 days. Day 1 was the biggest challenge with drinking two gallons of water but I made it! Can't wait to see the end result!
