Pilates and Weights


PILATES: requires you to engage virtually your whole body. The moves take lots of concentration; you can’t simply go through the motions like you can on gym equipment. Pilates develops much of what exercisers need — strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture.Pilates focuses on exercises that constantly engage the core leading to flat abs and a strong back.

each week we will be doing 3 fundamental heavy leg day routines to work on muscle development and form. The combination of weights and pilates will lift, firm and round your bottom. (these heavy days can be done from home or the gym, if you are doing it from home you will need a set of moderately heavy dumbbells)

**also we will be doing mini glute burners throughout the week from home.

Pilates and weight is a genius combination to achieve the lean but curvy look!

Nutrition guidance: Like all my challenges i will be including a grocery list, Also I will be giving you all my personal nutrition do’s and dont's of what I do on a daily basis and what my routine looks like from start to finish and the benefits and everything I do.

Im excited to start 2016 off with a powerful start!! I dont want to just be an instructor but a teacher. I want you to walk away knowing more about fitness and more about your body then when we begin!!
