Hey Everyone!!! This challenge we are taking it to the gym!! I will make a list and post it a week early of all the equipment you will need access to, I think that 99% of the gyms out there will have everything we are going to use, and if not we can find substitutes!
The #1 goal of this challenge is to teach technique and different approaches to building muscle in your glutes. This program is 4 weeks but its designed to allow you to continue to use it as long as you want to! After the first 4 weeks you’ll see results but if you can stick to this program for 3-6 months you will be amazed with your transformation.
