For the next 30 days we are going to kick the junk food and step our training up a notch! H.I.T training! High Intensity Training. Each day you will get a 10 minute video demonstrating the moves! For the first 10 minutes we get to workout together, you can follow me in the videos! Then it's going to be up to you to repeat the video 2 more times! Making each day a complete 30 minute workout!
No equipment is necessary!
Every level athlete can participate some moves may be easy, some may be more difficult but the goal is to push yourself as hard as YOU can!!!
The idea behind HIT training is 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off! Trust me 20 seconds can be killer before you know it!! I'm excited to bring this new challenge to you guys! At the end of the 30 days you'll also have a library full of HIT training routines to keep! Along with the workouts we are going to get strict on eating! NO JUNK FOOD! And I'm going to challenge you guys to a gallon of water a day!!! Are you guys ready?!
