ABOUT

My focus over these next 4 weeks is to provide you with efficient & functional training programs to target your lower body with a focus on your glutes. As well as programs to focus on your core, mainly your waistline.

It is one thing to duplicate an exercise that you see demonstrated but its another thing to really dive into the functionality of the exercise and assure you are benefiting the most you can from each exercise. I hear all the time “I’m not really feeling it in my glutes but more my quads” Well this program is going to change that!

In this program I am going to walk you through each exercise and demonstrate proper form and technique on video. One of my great friends, Marc Comar is NASM TRX and BOSU ceterifed personal trainer for over 13 years is going to be assisting me in the videos so we can give you live demonstrations on how to correct your position to gain the most from each exercise.

Every sunday you will have 2 videos to watch one leg routine and one core routine if you want you can practice the moves with us. otherwise use this opportunity to note the adjustments we make to make these exercises most effective.

Monday-Wednesday-Friday you will be doing Core

Tuesday-Thursday you will be doing Legs

Each week we will alternate your core and leg days.

I will be incorporating 2 HITT Cardio routines that you can include on your core days. Choose 1 per day.

Each workout will consist of a proper warm up and dynamic stretch as well as a cool down post workout.

I also have included a supplement guide. Please note that in order for any of these supplements to play a role in your programming you must first have a healthy nutirtional lifestyle.

I will provide a clean eating grocery list to base your meals off of.

***AT HOME VERSION PLEASE HAVE A MEDIUM STABILITY BALL AND A CLOSED LOOP RESISTANCE BAND (or one you can tie into a closed loop)

For everyone who has done my previous challenges, this layout will be different. It will be BETTER! I am so excited to share this program with you guys! I can't wait to see everyones ongoing results!
