This was one the greatest workout plans I could have ever bought! I was so dedicated and I pushed myself every night in the gym and stuck to my meal plan and the results are there to prove it. Jac definitely knows what she is doing in the gym and it is amazing that she is sharing some great workouts with us. I loved the meal plan. It was very eas to follow and allowed me to create many different meals that tasted so good btw :) . I used the gym version this first time around and I'm hoping to combine both plans next time and increase weight in my gym workouts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing from Jac. If you want to feel the burn and see results her workouts are the ones for you. Thank you for transforming my body.
